Kylie Rogerson has been involved in the event Industry for over 18 years, initially starting out coordinating events for the Royal Australian Army then moving into Youth engagement, Local Government and then just recently starting XS Events. Kylie has been managing a number of Events in regional areas across Australia and working with local government, private companies and not for profit organisations to create event strategies and understanding event management. These events range from Community/Civic Events,Sporting Events, Business Events and Cultural Events.
